Payment and Shipping Terms

If you are in Moscow, you can order online or contact us at sales@baikalherbs.ru or call +7 999 839-3647 (WhatsApp).

We can deliver your order to your Moscow address (hotel or even Sheremetyevo Airport!) within one day by our own courier. We also offer weekend and late night delivery service. 

The cost of delivery within Moscow is 500 roubles. Payment for the goods: cash on delivery to the courier.

If you live in another Russian city, for example St. Petersburg, you can place your order in two ways:

1. Payment by Sberbank card or PayPal (in rubles) - your order will be sent from Moscow the next day by EMS courier. This is the fastest way. Details will be provided after your order.

2. Payment to our company bank account. In this case your order will be shipped from Irkutsk within three days after receiving your payment. It would take about 6-8 days for your order to travel from Irkutsk to St. Petersburg. Our company's bank account will be provided additionally or sent to your e-mail automatically after you place the order in this online shop.
